Our Story
At Paragon Property Management & Maintenance, we understand that successful property development isn't just about bricks and mortar—it's about vision, dedication, and a commitment to transforming spaces into thriving communities. Our journey began with Corine Wagenaar, whose upbringing immersed her in the dynamic world of property development from an early age.
From her earliest days, Corine witnessed the transformative power of property development through the inspiring work of her parents, Judith and Ted Wagenaar, in Chatham-Kent. Together, they revitalized residential and commercial properties, with Judith's keen eye for captivating spaces complemented by Ted's ability to turn vision into reality.
Growing up immersed in her parents' endeavors, Corine played an active role in their successes. She contributed to their swimming pool business, managed rental properties, and oversaw construction projects throughout Chatham-Kent. These experiences instilled in her a deep understanding of the industry and a passion for creating remarkable spaces.
Drawing upon her upbringing and fueled by her own ambition, Corine embarked on her own property ventures, infusing each project with her unique sense of design and creativity. With each transformation, she breathed new life into aging structures, turning them into vibrant living spaces and functional commercial sites.
The growth of Corine's property portfolio led to the formation of Paragon Property Management & Maintenance. In recognizing the importance of a dedicated and professional team, Corine welcomed her daughter Sarah into the fold.
